TSY ELECTRICAL CONTROLLER Engineer -OCC

Project: Riyadh Metro FAST consortium Line 4,5 & 6 Working on $22.5 Billion and 176 km long Riyadh metro project for the commissioning of 95 Auxiliary and Traction substations along with depot traction equipment. Responsibilities include but not limited to KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

Operation of different electrical switch gears (LV, MV) Network locally and from OCC by SCADA.

Applying and removing Remote LOTO on Main line and inside DEPOT to secure the Track.

Responsible for applying LOTO on LMVS Breakers inside POWER Rooms.

Switching operation of Traction power 750v DC. By SCADA From OCC.

Coordinating with Saudi Electricity Company.

Giving training to (EONP, S) electrical nominated person for smooth operation for LV MV and DC power supply inside the PP, LPS. TPS. Signaling Rooms.

Making the switching sequences for power supply and Traction power supply.

Giving training to EONPS how to secure the track from any accidents.

Attending meeting with managers and keep them up to date regarding the progress.

Facilitate the contractor to issue them permit to work (PTW, RAWP)

Energize & De-Energize power to train when received confirmation from Traffic Controller at OCC.

Updating the Drawings and documents

Preparation of reports (site reports, incident reports, daily reports)

Operation and planning of underground and overhead HV, LV transmission lines

(13.8,33, 132 and 380 kV)

SEC Authorization cards A1, A2, A3 for issuing PTW, SFT, LOA

Inspection for HV Transmission Lines as per SEC standard.

Cable pulling and cable tray installations.

Disinfect (to protect) electric equipment’s verify earthing insulation.

Verify all possible errors in documents and discussing with reporting Manger and designer.

Verify all functional circuits (normal applied) and test the breakers response.

Verify the inter-panels connections, signalizations, and all other connections according to documents.

Working for pre-commissioning electric panels, ABB equipment HV, MV all operations.
