AWS VPC with Public & Private Subnets + NAT Gateway. Overview:

Designed a secure 2-tier AWS architecture simulating a production environment. Architecture:

• Created custom VPC (10.0.0.0/16) with 4 subnets (2 public, 2 private across AZs).

• Deployed Bastion Host in public subnet and EC2 app servers in private subnet.

• Configured NAT Gateway in public subnet to allow outbound traffic from private EC2s.

• Used Security Groups and NACLs to restrict traffic and secure the application.

• Set up Route Tables and associated them with appropriate subnets. Outcome:
