EXPERIENCE
Learning & Development Specialist, Hardware Resources 2020-2025
At Hardware Resources I was hired to train new hires monthly (sales and product training). I innovated the program by making it interactive and hands-on. I also managed two Learning Management Systems as well as special projects that resulted in millions of dollars of revenue. I expanded the training program with monthly online and in person continuing sales training to produce increased sales per sales rep.
I also produced the week-long annual sales meeting for more than 200 employees -- handling AV, presentations, hotel venue negotiations, and participation by specialty vendors.

This role involved managing new media product roll outs to a large distributed work force.
