oCollect samples from conveyer belts to check quality using a blanching test method to verify product is cooked or raw.

oSanitize conveyer belts and ensure a clean work environment.

oPackaging the product into totes and load onto a pallet. Moved pallet with a pallet jack to designated area for pick-up.
