OSP FTTH Engineer – Telecom Egypt (2020 – Present)

Planning, design, and execution of 20+ FTTH projects across multiple regions, covering 30,000+ Subscribers.

Delivered fiber connectivity of 100+ mobile network sites across different telecom operators supporting mobile backhauling and improving overall network capacity ( FTTS Projects )

Currently working on the copper network replacement project in Alexandria sector, in collaboration with Huawei company, deploying aerial fiber technology (QODN) aiming to migrate more than 500,000 subscribers from copper to fiber. The project also includes resolving migration obstacles and enhancing service quality for customers.

Perform fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
