Maintenance in a senior citizen apartment complex where as I took care of work orders, general maintenance, scheduling contractors, working with tenets to keep them as happy a humanly possible to help them navigate through mechanical issues they were having, including ordering supplies and managing cost control. Inn this position I used a variety of power tools from hand drills, to drill presses, hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, hammers, cut keys for tenets and so-on. In my capacity as maintenance manager, I also ordered supplies, I've done electrical works such as re- wires, changed out plug, pulled apart light fixtures and installed ballasts, installed circuit breakers, I've worked with plumbing from fixing small leaks to rebuilding toilets, sinks, fixing and overhauling garbage disposals, removing and replacing rusted components This holds true with all of the maintenance positions listed on this resume.
