Developed ODATA services on the gateway system to manage Sales Order flow on the backend ECC system. Project Description
As part of HP-EDS Integration, SAP systems and processes were merged into a single system through a series of Implementations. Lead the Workflow Implementations by absorbing the best practices comparing both the systems and developing single Workflow templates to cater the unified processes.
Implemented Manual JV Upload via hierarchical approval by designing complex workflow templates to meet the customer requirements. Also included the creation of custom BOs, APIs and classes. BTEs to restrict the Workflow and customize the postings. FI Validations and substitutions to cater the Business logic.
Implemented MM Invoice Workflow: Supplier Invoices and credit notes are scanned and interfaced to SAP for posting by a third-party software and also manual parking of the document through MIRO and MIR7. The parked document to trigger a custom developed Workflow before posting. Designed Complex Workflow template with 2 different subflows. Generic custom classes were developed to be used in the Program exits and also cater future developments.
Key Achievements
Created a virtual Approval ORG structure in the absence of HR data feed.
A sub workflow and a Dashboard entry logic was developed in a generic way to be used later in the FI Workflow project.

Project Description
HP Treasury Asia Pacific engaged Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) as their banking partner for disbursement of employee payment (non-payroll payment) electronically from a centrally processed location in Singapore (for Company codes of China, Taiwan and Korea). This payment interface was designed with host-to-host (H2H) architecture via B2B (Business to Business) gateway to SCB. Payments run had to be executed on SAP FI1 (Finance Instance of SAP) and the IDOCs generated would flow in a flat file to SCB via the gateway.

Co-ordination with the Standard chartered Bank Process team from Business requirement gathering stage until go-live/warranty period.
