Driving enterprise-wide Agile transformations through strategic coaching, leadership enablement & operational excellence.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Enterprise Lean-Agile Coach with 13+ years of experience helping organizations achieve measurable business agility and operational efficiency. Skilled in improving operating efficiency by conducting thorough needs analysis and effective program management. Experienced in leading complex Agile transformations with strong change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and executive coaching capabilities. Have trained over 600 audiences in SAFe classes and other topics. Fluent in English and French. Currently hold Level 2 security clearance.
In several of my engagements, in recognition of the success I had implementing Lean-Agile practices at the team and ART levels, where I’d worked with groups of up to 200+ individuals, I was invited to participate in the transformation at the portfolio level. This provided the opportunity to work with Senior Directors, AVPs, and CIOs, to ensure the organizations strategic initiatives were properly represented in the Portfolio Backlogs and Value Stream roadmaps. At Adesa, given the success the development teams I worked had with the creation of their Automobile Remarketing Auction Site for the European Region, the CIO agreed to adopt SAFe as the teams worked to launch the new platform. At FedEx Canada, I was engaged to introduce SAFe to the teams tasked with launching a new Temperature Controlled Pharmaceuticals delivery service. Just as this was proving to be a successful pilot initiative, the onset of COVID led to the vast increase in e-commerce traffic, so I worked closely with the CIO and operational leads to ensure Agile practices were used to quickly scale up operations to meet the demand. And at Bell Canada, I again had great success implementing SAFe and launching several ARTs as well as setting up two Agile PMO’s, where we were able to scale up to the portfolio level, and work with executive leadership to convert their individual projects into properly prioritized Epic backlogs.
