Site Superintendent - Henderson Construction - Stafford Va. 3/2003 to 1/2004 Supervisor; Greg Henderson 540-***-****

Managed a large apartment building site in northern Virginia out of Henderson’s working area. Approx. 15 acre site managed clearing, E&S, site cut to fill 35,000Cys, 25,000Cys excess, wet and dry utilities, large retaining wall, site concrete, and base asphalt. Lined up inspections, attended progress meetings, managed subcontractors and did daily documentation of work progress. Job was under asphalt in 9 months start to finish. Managed multiple job sites from start to finish. Attended progress meetings, did monthly billings, established change orders, established new client relationships, scheduled manpower, and equipment. Company Owner – R&L Excavating – Sykesville, Md. 7/1985 to 9/2004 Started company from scratch in my mid 20s. Pursued new clients, managed both equipment and employees. Set up and organized financial, payroll, accounting, and all the governmental obligation of running a business. In 1990 I made my wife president and we became a certified minority.
