Working as a Power BI Developer at Ltimindtree, Pune from Jan 2022 to March 2025. Projects:

Project 01: Cost Cutter Supermarkets Duration: July 2022 to March 2024 Summary: Cost Cutter Supermarkets Group is one of the largest chains of supermarkets in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland, Australia, south Africa, Morocco, Japan, China. They have database that maintains information like sales, profits, margin, and contacts of customers. Using this existing database, we analyze their business moment like different product sales trends, sales profits, regional sales, and top N products sales. The resulting model gives an idea about growth in profit and prediction about the increase in sales which helps the management in decision making. Environment: Excel, CSV, SQL Server, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service. Role: Power BI Developer.

Responsibilities:

Participated in requirements meetings and Scrum Calls to understand the Report Requirements.

Connected to the supermarket's data sources (SQL server and EXCEL WORKBOOK) that stores the sales, profits, margin, and customer contacts data via import mode. Transformed and shaped the data to meet the specific requirements of the dashboard

Created Data Model in Power Pivot by establishing the Relationship Between the tables.

Created New calculated Columns, New Measures.

Used Power Query / Query Editor for Data transformation as per the reporting needs.

Here we are directly working under Microsoft Enterprise with Microsoft engineers/developer and we are supporting Power BI application itself. Suppose in daily life users are using Power BI application and while using they get any problem then they will create ticket under Microsoft and then these tickets we need to resolve with the help of Microsoft engineer/developer. Environment: Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power App, Kusto Query Language, Lens Explorer. Role: Power BI support engineer

Responsibilities:

In daily life while using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service users can get many problems like not able to create dataflow, not able to refresh dataflow/dataset, getting error while configuring gateway, not able to connect data source, getting error while publishing reports.

So here we are finding the root cause of that error using tools like Kusto Query Language, Lens Explorer and providing the solution to the user.

Suppose we are not able to find the root cause of that error then we are taking help of Microsoft engineers/developers.

Personal Project:

Pizza Sales-SQL

This project is designed to demonstrate SQL skills and techniques. In this project I tried to analysis Pizza sales data which is taken from google.

In this project I created database for pizza sales and from that I tried to answer specific business questions through SQL queries using Join, CTE, Window function, Group By. Education: August-2017 to June-2021
