WORKING EXPERIENCE
September 2015 – December 2020: European Committee for Training and Agriculture (CEFA) Duties and responsibilities
Managing Office and Field Logistics.
Driving and managing the maintenance of CEFA vehicles.
Routinely check all CEFA vehicles and motorbikes to ensure their systems are working well and inform on probable maintenance and repairs that may be needed
Detect and report on malfunctioning of vehicle systems, this includes ensuring necessary permits and insurance covers are up to date.
Assist accountant with logistical and procurement operations, seek quotations as will be guided by administrative officer.
Ensure security of project vehicles and motorbikes, informofficeofpossiblethreatsandsuggest solutions to guarantee security.

To drive project staff to and fromofficialmeetings/field visits/ to anyotherapproveddestination.
Ensures that the keys of the car are placed in the Administration office and also maintains an updated inventory of the keys and spare keys.
Ensure that the daily mileage of the vehicle is recorded in the mileage book on a daily basis.
To produces and keeps records of documentation relevant to transport and delivery (packing list, waybills, delivery notes, goods receiving notes, customs notes)
To support in banking, payment of bills and monthly statutory deduction
To make sure that all project vehicles have valid documents as required by the law.
Work closely with line manager to make sure that vehicles are available to field staff.
