Served as both Certified and Credentialed trainer for several healthcare systems within the HIM and Revenue Cycle departments. This included creating knowledge-based guides and teaching aids for end users in a classroom environment. Participated in meetings with stake holders and management to ensure proper education and optimization of HIM department. Modification of EHR for ID medical records release, referrals, coding, chart abstraction, release of information and chart & deficiency tracking for providers.
