Microwave over satellite and fiber optic connections, remote connectivity to offshore oil rigs, district offices and executive residences. Installing and maintaining TSM backup solutions on RS 6000 with AIX for backup solutions, implementing cisco rsm and nortel switches. Used specific approaches for desktop support, web development, network testing and geological survey workstations for users of Sun SPARC-stations and Silicon Graphics Workstations running IRIX. Responsible for an attached email ticketing system for users on the internet to send tickets that could be reviewed and solved by computer and/or tax professionals. Local duties included desktop and network support for the tax professionals and programming and development teams for writing and web enabling the back-end accounting software used to efile. Led a team of 30 technicians in the implementation of the Y2K remidiation of all computers on all Sprint networks in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Worked directly under RSMs to fix all sophisticated, diffucult errors made in the implementation of the Y2K remediation process, including complicated national fixes for problems ocurring across the entire united states. Corporate Computer Services – Desktop NetworkTech 1 996-1999 - Permenent Worked with Microsoft and Nortel networks for law offices, insurance offices and medical offices around the Dallas Fort Worth area. Responsible for computers on the network, nortel servers, printers, copiers and any other computer related problems or peripherals on the network.

Gollihar Clinic - Computer Specialist - 1984-1996 - Permenent Was responsible for building computers and servers, troubleshooting medical office management software and implementing fixes for audio testing, multispirometer testing and all other computer peripherals on the network.
