Uniformed Services University of the Health Services (USUHS) Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute (AFRRI)

• AFRRI is an existing Military animal research and development facility part of Military Medical student (USUHS). Building 43 and 47 are 58,000 sq/ft vivarium/animal holding facilities. The projects responsibly were to demolish and renovate the entire interior facilities including design, design development, construction documentation and construction management. Review submittals, construction observation and inspection for construction closeout, substantial and final completion. 2

Walter Reed Naval Military Medical Center (WRNMMC)

• Managing and planning from conceptual design to A/E construction documentation for reference project. The project consists of 21,000 sq/ft of existing first and second floor south wing interior renovation. Experience in conduct construction administration, construction inspection for project final completion and closeout.

Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) Building 1

• Project involves planning and conceptual thru RFP documentation for NAVFAC design built project.

• Building 2 is an existing 172,000 sq/ft of ambulatory medical facilities which is constructed in two attached blocks. The project involved replacement of total HVAC systems though out the building while is in operation.
