10/2019 – 10/2022 Senior Critical Facilities Technician Responsibilities and abilities include:
● Help train oncoming personnel, helping them integrate into a new work environment and bring them up to speed.
● Process all admin related paperwork and duties related to a Senior CFT.
● Revamp or write needed SOPs, EOPs, and MOPs for new and currently operating equipment.
● Responding to emergencies like faults in substations and UPS rooms.
● Ability to transfer power in the event of any total or partial power disruption.
● Ability to perform plant rotations.
● Escort vendors as needed and ensure all protocols are followed.
● Ability to process admin related paperwork on Maximo, Delta’s Service now, and Delta’s and T5’s SharePoint etc.
● Ability to operate the MXL fire panel, including isolating the building’s fire system for repairs or testing as need be.
● Ability to fully operate our BMS and monitor all available electrical and mechanical systems.
● Part of the safety committee charged with maintaining all NFPA70, OSHA and T5’s safety policies and procedures. Conducting safety meetings and ensuring all safety standards are met and followed.
