Led the Central Doha and Corniche Beautification Project, a national flagship initiative ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Delivered complex dry and wet utilities infrastructure, including advanced micro tunneling operations and high-standard dewatering with environmentally compliant discharge to the sea.

Successfully closed all project snags under extreme pressure, meeting FIFA committee requirements just weeks before the World Cup kickoff. Managed critical works along Doha’s Corniche, the city's primary showcase for millions of global visitors, ensuring flawless delivery and presentation.

Managed key infrastructure works for the GSE (Ground Support Equipment) Road as part of the Expansion Terminal project at Hamad International Airport.

Scope of work included Air Traffic Control (ATC) systems integration, 11kV low voltage (LV) communications network installation, street lighting, and full road pavement construction.

Oversaw the complete design, production, and laying of asphalt, executed in- house at our own batching plant to meet project specifications. Led the technical design process for asphalt mix and road structure, achieving full technical approval from the client, MATAR (Hamad International Airport Operator).

Delivered critical airside infrastructure under strict operational and safety standards, ensuring seamless coordination with airport authorities and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Successfully managed full infrastructure works including dry and wet utilities across multiple large-scale projects.

• Led execution of micro tunneling operations for critical utility crossings.

• Oversaw installation of underground electrical networks (LV, MV, HV, and EHV), replacing overhead lines with new underground systems.
