Work Position: SP07L-ESG-Electrical/Mechanical LWD/MWD Tech II. My role was to perform repairs and maintenance on

Logging/Measurement while drilling tools (LWD/MWD) as per CBM schedule (Condition Based Maintenance) while following all processes and procedures that are in place. I worked in Repair and Maintenance workshops using all the equipment provided that is necessary to complete the job, BOM (torque machine), overhead cranes, forklifts, hand tools and testing equipment adhering to all HSE/HMS standards and policies. The equipment/tools I worked on are high tech downhole tools that log and map the geological formation while the well is being drilled, they also steer the well in any desired direction. I worked on many of the tools that are in the Sperry product line, RLL, JetPulse,AFR, ADR, M5, ALD/CTN, Batsonic, Negative Pulser, and Directional PCDC. Performance calibration and inspection on down-hole electronic equipment related with M/LWD sensors.

Performs maintenance, calibrations and inspection of surface equipment and down whole electronics.

Assembles and disassembles down-hole tools.

Perform QC/QA to Sperry Sensors, Verify whether preventive maintenance is required/scheduled on the inserts. Areas of specialization within Product Service Line (PSL) include electronics aptitude, computer skills, surface equipment, and down-hole tools. Performs maintenance, calibrations and inspection of surface equipment and down-hole electronics. Assembles and disassembles down-hole tools. Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization, also I track the case for the spare parts and I have a good understanding of SAP.
