● Supervise and coordinate all day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and service activities across properties.
● Develop, implement, and manage a proactive preventive maintenance schedule for all facility equipment and building systems.
● Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies (e.g., utility outages, leaks) and quickly troubleshoot issues to minimize disruption to operations.
● Coordinate and oversee minor facility renovation projects, moves, and capital improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
● Lead, schedule, and evaluate the performance of in-house maintenance technicians, custodians, and other facility staff.
● Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for specialized repairs, maintenance, and contracted services (e.g., security, cleaning, landscaping). Obtain bids, manage work-order assignment, and ensure work is completed to specifications.
● Manage the facility's work order system, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion and accurate record-keeping.
● Develop, implement, and enforce all safety rules, procedures, and training programs to ensure a secure working environment in compliance with OSHA and other local, state, and federal regulations.
● Conduct regular and thorough inspections of the facilities and grounds to identify and promptly resolve potential hazards, deficiencies, or areas needing repair.
