Maintain clean and safe environment for the patient. Implements and maintain ward policies and routine. Maintain ANTT techniques while doing all the procedure. Provide comprehensive critical care to post–liver and renal transplant patients in the Surgical ICU.

Monitor and manage hemodynamic status, ventilator support, and invasive lines (CVP, arterial line).

Administer immunosuppressants, antibiotics, and IV infusions safely and accurately.

Observe for and report early signs of graft rejection, infection, or complications.

Document all nursing interventions, vital signs, and changes in patient condition accurately.

Participate in quality improvement, audits, and ongoing professional development.

Follow strict aseptic techniques in all procedures. Prevent hospital-acquired infections through hand hygiene and sterile practices.
