During my time working here, I created a close bond and love for all of my residents. I would go above and beyond in order for them to get top tier care, doing my best to make them feel the best they possibly can. I had an amazing love for this job and I wouldn't have left if I didn't have to. During my time here, I gained firsthand experience with caring for residents with dementia, aggressive behaviors, and residents that had a tendency to constantly seek for an exit. No matter the circumstance I always made sure to take the best care of the residents.
