Microbiology: I am able to carry out sterilization of laboratory apparatus, prepare culture media and perform common microbiology techniques such as Gram staining. Am also able to differentiate various bacteria species based on the morphological characteristics, various parasites and various fungi.

Microscopy: I am able to set a microscope and bring the image into focus using X10, X40 and oil immersion X100 without much straining.

Molecular biology: Am able to extract DNA, RNA and proteins using molecular techniques Am also able to prepare master mix, run the samples in PCR and carry out electrophoresis. Hematology: Am very competent in preparing blood slides, counting cells using hemocytometer, differentiating the blood cells and leukemic cells, calculating red cell indices and prepare hematological stains

Histology: am able to prepare histological preservatives and prepare tissues for the series of preservation.

Animal science: Am able to handle laboratory animals, give injections, feed breed and euthanize

Immunology: Am competent in conducting immunological assays such as ELISA Forensic medicine: Am able to do paternity and maternal testing basing knowledge from hematology and molecular biology, act as a crime scene investigator, and determine cases such as sexual assaults and drowning.

Clinical chemistry: Am able to perform urinalysis, do renal function tests and liver function tests.

IT competency: Proficient in windows environment.

Sales skills: Exception at understanding the wants of the buyer and persistent when it comesto convincing customers.
