Duties:
Provide direct support to onboard users with MMS transactions.
Preparation & Distribution of Financial and Inventory reports for the Hotel director, Food and Beverage Manager, Manager Food Operations, Clearance Officer, Hotel Stores Manager and Shore management.
Reconcile all MMS inventory loadings with purchase orders and vendor invoices.
Monitor all inventory movement transactions and set status for posting to the corporate accounting system.
