AI Club I co-managed the AI Chatbot project to leverage AI technologies to differentiate products and services.

I managed our research team better to understand AI's potential applications within McKesson Technology Solutions. The chatbot was built with MS Azure the following results:

● 50% reduction in the average time spent searching for SOPs

Change Management Led the development and implementation of the Change Management Action Plan, based on insights from the employee opinion survey, to enhance team recognition, communication, and professional development across McKesson PTS.

● The project request was to help the company deal with an essential unexpected expense that was pushing the existing project over budget.

● Worked with the financial team to ensure that I allocated and planned for the remaining budget without using the contingency budget

● Reviewed what was spent as the financials where recorded across multiple platforms and some financials were omitted. To solve this, I used parametric estimating and based some iterations of their previous similar projects

● As a result, the project remained on budget by staying true to the primary solution. I removed the

“good to have” add ons that would have put the project 16% over budget. This did not impact the value of the product based on the customer review.

● The project request was to match the level of detail in communication to the stakeholder's interests.

● The objective was to gauge the level of interest of the stakeholders as some stakeholders complained that they received too much email communication

● The biggest challenge was determining the level of interest of each stakeholder. To solve this a questionnaire was used to group the stakeholders into 2 categories: High interest; High detail, Low interest; Low detail
