Program launch. Set up two special education programs coincident with the launch of two new schools. Program exit. Recognized for consistently “exiting” numerous students from IEPs where student achievement had heretofore been limited.

Differentiated instruction. Worked continuously and creatively to address the unique learning needs of a non-verbal student—leveraging his active interests to encourage him to speak in school. Student achievement. Working with 24 students in an integrated classroom setting, successfully transi- tioned the twelve students with IEPs to functional learners. Student engagement. In multiple cases, recruited by concerned parents to inspire and engage disengaged students where, in each case, the right “dad talk” by a sincere third-party drove each to new achievement. Adam J.
