Compile, analyze, and distribute inventory discrepancy reports on a weekly basis, and perform a weekly inventory check to ensure the proper products are available. Conduct a monthly inventory of both food & beverage supplies to meet PAR level requirements. Generate a waste food and beverage report on a monthly basis.
