EDUCATION

· I studied at the Competitive Sixth Form, Harris Westminster, which has given be the opportunity to continuously be challenge by other intellectual students. My extensive and high quality of education has created a rigorous academic system that has challenged by to consistently work hard to produce achievement, thinking critically at all times and essentially to always push myself beyond my limits. This has given me the skill of resilience, time-management and problem-solving skills which are all crucial in all career industries

· I have always sought interest from going beyond the expected, government administrated education. From the young age of year 7, I became a part of the schools first ever school council. Despite being in a new and petrifying environment, I saw the necessity to act as a representative to members of my year, who just like me ultimately feared not being heard. By taking this risk of putting myself forward for the role, I took on the whole year group’s fear and converted it into a drive to want to make a big impact to the school’s system. With a lot of collaborative work, the student council were able to establish the creation of an annual Culture Day, which I viewed as vital in celebrating the fusion of cultures which can been seen in the metropolitan country we live in today.

· I also received all grade A-A*’s in my recent GCSE exams with an A* in Sciences A* in Maths and an A** in English Literature. My high grades demonstrate my striving ability as despite being in a position far from these grades at the start of the year, In combination with numerous Teachers mentally discouraging me from thinking I could reach such a goal. Additionally, I received a Distinction grade in my BTEC Business whereby candidates had to create our own variation of a customised shoe business, demonstrating my ability to innovate. WORK EXPERIENCE

· I worked as a Server Assistant at a restaurant called TGIFridays from July 2022- June 2023 which initially proved to be challenging trying to juggle four A levels accompanied by the responsibility of working. Facing endless challenges working in hospitality has taught me the fundamental skills of teamwork and collaboration teaching me to work with my co-workers to achieve aims, customer service skills, which has broadened my communication, problem solving and conflict resolving skills and finally has provided me with the skill of being able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, which ultimately has taught me the fundamental skills of multi-tasking, time management and prioritisation.

· I have also worked as a Front of House Staff in the restaurant Vapianos Great Portland Street from July 2023- February 2024. Working in hospitality with a focal point of a different culture proved to be a huge land efficient learning experience for me. Familiarising myself with an Italian based menu as well as an unfamiliar culture taught me the valuable skill of adaptability. Being in such an environment helped me develop my communication and essential customer service skills.

- I worked as a Waitress at TGI Fridays Leicester Square from July 2024- January 2025 whereby working in such a high tempo and consistently busy environment has enabled me to work efficiently under pressure, in situations where it is vital to master task prioritisation and coordination. Working in the centre of the capital brings along customers whom have travelled from foreign locations, expecting a top quality, prime service, which I take pride in doing everything in my capability to deliver.

CERTIFICATES AND TRAINING

· Due to my experience in two hospitality jobs, I have received extensive imperative Health and Safety Training, which is believe will have the long-term benefit of not only protecting customers but third parties who may be vulnerable. This will provide me in the future with the ability to minimise accidents, give me an easy ability to comply with regulations and ultimately improved productivity. VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE

· During Summer 2019, I did volunteering at a charity shop in Peckham called Alex TLC, whereby I worked there two days a week. What this experience helped me learn is that it is crucial I have unlimited gratitude for the life I live today. The work done by the organisation which contributed a fund initiated to aid those with Leukodystrophy, a genetic disease that predominantly affects the human central nervous system, has enlightened me with the luck I have to be healthy and able to learn effectively. Therefore, due to this work done, I have understood that I aim to work in a profession which contributes to development and progression to hopefully be in a world existing in its optimum and most ethical form.

· During my Summer in 2022, I took part in the summer scheme of NCS where in the first week it was it was a residential, but in the second week, there was emphasis on giving back to the community. In doing so, in groups we all had to create a method that will engage children in local areas in order to get them to answer in a survey to find out if they feel that their communities provide enough sports to them. The focal aim of this was to improve the provision of sport to children in local areas in order to maximise the quality of physical activity they are able to take part in, broadening their learning horizons in a way that was an alternative to the typical, conventional subject of learning.

INTERESTS

· I currently part take in football competitions with my sixth form, matches between other schools which are local. From a young age I have had interest in sports notable at the early age of Year 6 where I was appointed as captain. As crucial as learning is in terms of problem solving through conventional and orthodox subjects such as literacy and maths, I believe learning on the spectrum of sports is crucial and has helped my physical fitness, mental health, my ability to teamwork, goal setting and finally my socialising skills.

- I also have a passion for cooking which has irony in the sense my many allergies may be viewed as a constraint on my ability to cook. However, I have never let it prevent me in becoming better at my passion. My love for cooking has enabled t to develop a creative nature, which can be intrinsically linked to my desire to innovate and overcome complex puzzle. I view cooking as a means of experimentation in the same was science does, creativity in the way maths demands you to have in order to solve problems and finally in the way art and music demands the
