§ Consultancy: as a Senior Strategy & Performance Management Specialist I oversaw the implementation of the

"Mystro" strategy and performance software for Dubai Police at Ayrate FZ. LLC. managing the project as an external consultant.

§ Strategic Planning: I actively participated in updating Dubai Municipality’s strategic plan based on balanced scorecard (BSC) perspectives, develop and implement of comprehensive corporate strategies, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational goals and objectives for the cycles of 2010-2014, 2013-2015, and 2016-2021.

§ Performance Management: from July 2003 to 2009, I served as the Head of Performance Measurement Unit, Admin. Development & Quality Department (AD&QD) in Dubai Municipality. also acting as the Head of Performance Management Section.

§ Training: I am a certified "Master Trainer" for the Train of Trainer Program. I conducted various training sessions and workshops for leaders at Dubai Municipality, such as creating KPIs, target setting, and Customer Happiness using 7 Stars standard. My responsibilities included online and offline training, E-learning material preparation, and evaluating Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to identify gaps.

§ I led the team in developing, designing, establishing, and continuously monitoring Key Performance Indicators

(KPIs) and performance dashboards using Software such as OpenText (PBviews Actuate Performance Scorecard) and Power BI for all 34 DM Departments (2015-2020) and played a key role in automating the Performance Management System using OpenText software.

§ Prepared and presented detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future strategic pathways.

Business Process Management & Operational Assessment:

§ I assessed DM's Business Process Management framework objectives, redefined business processes, and designed operational performance management manuals and metrics for key processes. I contributed to the development of DM services improvement strategy (2016-2021) and participated in the corporate Business Process Audit program.

Risk Management:
