I am a constructor and academician interested in completing complex construction projects. Born in Brownsville, TX. I was raised in an architectural environment with above average talents in Estimating, Project Management, and perceptive of potential problems allowing me to plan and apply pre-emptive actions.
Other personal interests include Classic Physics (Energy and Forces), Organic Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Biology, Ecology, History, Evolution, Cinema, Soccer, Football, Baseball, Basketball, Music, Stock Markets, Sous Vide Cuisine, and fast-moving machines.
As a lifelong constructor I can complete any project regardless of its design, purpose, complexity, or magnitude in full compliance with its design and requirements.
I am familiar with the Metric System, the Imperial System, Roman numerals, and inequality math. I can easily convert from Imperial to Metric and v.v.
I speak, read, and write fluent and impeccable Spanish. I participated with the Olympic Committee of the Summer Olympic Games in Mexico City in 1968 and, in 1970, I experienced first-hand the Soccer World Cup. These exposed me to the world's people and their cultures. Though having ease with public relations, I have yet to understand politics [a discipline in which I have found that the only solution is to say nothing].
