Franchise Operations Manager - January 2005 - June 2025 Cruiser Hamburgers - N. Charleston, SC 29418

Was responsible for the development of all franchise operations for a new double drive-thru hamburger chain. Duties included background investigation of prospective franchise owners, assisted in site selections, consulted during construction of units, assisted the owners with food products/ supplies contracts, interviewing/ hiring of personnel, training of management and hourly employees, introduction and public relations, marketing. Once open and operating for 30 days I started on the next location while returning to locations to check operations for standards and compliance. Company growth to 83 franchise locations and 45 corporate operations. As the company expanded additional supervisory personnel were hired. Company was sold to Checkers Hamburgers in 2025. Assigned to numerous different divisions during my employment. The purpose of the Marshal Service is the investigation and location of offenders of federal crimes and also to assist local and state law enforcement with locating and apprehending violent offenders.
