In the beginning of 2007 I moved to Grafton, WV where I purchased a giant old house and have been here not only working on it but have also done lots of work here in Grafton for numerous realty companies repairing houses. Started another company “Rapid Repair”.

CAUGHLIN CLUB – Reno, NV 2000 to 2006

Maintenance Manager

Participated in the direction of production, planning, equipment maintenance and repair, operations, building support, vendor negotiation, and staff at this upscale health and fitness club. Established priorities for process improvements, repairs, demolition, construction, maintenance, and equipment acquisition, and followed-through according to management approval, company needs, and budget restraints. Oversaw all safety and security efforts. Supervised and trained facilities staff, including 4 janitorial and 2 maintenance staff.

Key Achievements:

•Single-handedly directed facility rebuilding and remodeling, including a pumphouse, mechanicals for three pools, completely new cardiovascular center, laundry room, poolside café, tennis pro shop, children’s bathrooms, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and wet and dry saunas, as well as an upgraded HVAC system.

•Wrote informational papers on various aspects of maintenance and club systems for use in training maintenance and other staff.

•Created a PM program for all of the equipment and a new system for tracking and analyzing repairs.
