Responsibilities-
I maintained supervisory duties while honing my sales skills in this fast-paced elite eatery. Some of my duties included opening the restaurant for service, coordinating staff breaks and tasks, assisting my Manager with anything needed administratively. I was also lead in training the new staff. I was lucky to learn under a great sommelier and experienced fine dining manager. I enjoyed participating in this establishment that trains its staff extensively both in fine dining service and wine service.
Accomplishments-
After a few months I was promoted to shift leader, for the five years thereafter, with the help of my coworkers and management, I expanded my industry knowledge to the level of expert. I obtained a current tip certification and serve safe certification, and completed many in house wine tutorials.
Skills-
I am intuitively a salesperson, introducing the guest to something new pleases me. I am well versed in all restaurant interfaces, and able to train the staff with ease on all devices. Hospitality comes naturally to me, it is part of my personality.

I was responsible to have intricate knowledge of wine, liquor, food and how the food was prepared. I was held to a high standard of service, with a guests positive experience as the first priority.
