Supervised & carry out hot loop check & testing for process instruments; E&I System.
Supervised & Carry out loop testing, calibration, simulation, troubleshooting, of all process instruments used to measure, monitor, records and controls different process variables such as flow, pressure, level, temperature and others.
Supervised the Testing, simulation of motor interfacing at HMI and DCS such as motor status signal, start/ stop command, manual/auto status, and PSD interlock.
Familiar in working with instruments use in Distributed Control System.
Responsible for the DCS P&ID, I/O List, Shop Drawings, Instrumentation Location Layout, Isometric Drawings Details for DCS, Prepare & sign for all the ITRs for the completed hot loop check/functional check from CCR to Field Instrument, and submit to the PIMS to clear PC ITR.

In-charge of the TELECOM System Installation for the BOHAI FPSO Project from Conoco Phillips.
Responsible for the installation, carry over works.
Perform weekly progress report & submit to the Manager.
Review, check, approved & signed Inspection Test Record (ITR) sheet, prepared by TELECOMS Supervisors. Coordinate and liaise with vendor and contractor’s representative in the field concerning work progress, outstanding issues and other related matters.
Supervise installations, pre-commissioning & commissioning of Telecommunications equipment.
Attend Tri-party inspection with client and contractors.
Responsible for punch list items and mechanical completion work scope.
