I hold a Bachelor of Science in Statistics with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Malawi, and I have built strong experience in data management, analysis, reporting, and monitoring-related work through my previous roles and internships. I have served as a Data Analyst Intern with Malawi Posts Corporation, where I was responsible for designing databases, processing and analyzing large datasets, identifying key performance indicators, and preparing dashboards used for reporting and decision-making. I also gained practical experience working with data from different districts, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. My background in statistics has equipped me with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data to support program improvement.

In addition, I previously worked as a statistical clerk intern with Jhpiego in the Blantyre office, where I supported data entry, verification, and reporting activities within health programs. This gave me exposure to field-level data processes, working with large volumes of program information, and ensuring adherence to monitoring and evaluation standards. Through these experiences, I have strengthened my ability to work with different stakeholders, communicate findings clearly, and support evidence-based decision-making.
