I was able to assist clients in Medicare working as a Customer Service Agent.
I helped clients with their Medicare plans in updating their information, reviewing client subsidies, prescriptions, benefits they currently have and assisting them in making a determination on whether they need to speak to an agent to update their plan for the next open enrollment period.
I also enrolled clients into their new Medicare plans after working with their agent on selecting a plan. Customer Service was a temporary position for nine months with SelectQuote I then after that period was transferred back to sales agent.

I was initially hired as an Ancillary Sales Agent and after 9 months transferred to help with training and agent development flex trainer.. After classes were completed I was then transferred back to sales agent after six months of training and helping agents develop their skills. The company then needed agents to transfer to assist with Medicare Enrollments and customer care.
I was then transferred to CCA for 9 months. I am presently in Ancillary Sales. I help Medicare clients with dental, vision, hearing and Aflac accident coverage.
