(MSP) utilizing Microsoft Technologies, including MS Server 2012, 2019, 2022, 2025 Data Center, Hyper-V, Act!, O365, and Office, alongside hardware/software firewalls and remote desktop gateways. Utilized Hyper-V, and managed MS Server OS platforms (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022) along with MS Client OS versions (11, 10, 8.1) and MAC iOS, with specific expertise in CRM dialer integration.
