Electronics technician - Project administrator & manager I have worked in a diversity of high tech industries. My initial experience as an electronics technician led to promotions into project manager positions on multimillion dollar contracts. I was responsible for preparing training courses for all levels of management, as well as, product manuals and other documents. • Annual Operating Plan Audit Presentation - Analyzed the software and hardware used in a company, then prepared a presentation for Government audit.
• Project Cost Management and Schedule Control Courses (C/SCSC) - curriculum development and instruction. I went into companies and ascertained how they managed their projects, then created course material to train their managers to prepare employees for Government validation required to bid on government contracts.

After the resident Federal Defense Contract Audit Agency auditor attended my classes, his acknowledgement of the quality of the instruction rapidly spread, establishing my credentials as an expert in my field. Classes were taught to TRW and other company employees and college students, as well as, Government auditors. This led to requests to prepare similar programs at the following companies.
