Her self-motivation and organizational skills have been essential requirements with her traveling to the Operation Enduring Freedom War Zone in Afghanistan 9 times. She is THE Team Leader & has a current Passport & travels to Cuba, Afghanistan, Dubai, & Haiti. She's the only POC for Sourcing Binder Building Team & Internal Audit (she personally audited/inventoried 399 binders for Corporate's Internal Audit to get Sourcing's Golden Binders compliant for the CPSR). Working weekends & late hours for the CPSR, Beverly reviewed PO's in Dyn-MRO daily, providing weekly PO status to the Sourcing Director. Verified that Suppliers had signed the PO's, T & Cs, Flow-down Clause's to keep them from being "At Risk”. She audited 500 + LOGCAP ACO Consent packages for Internal Audit Group then forwarded to the ACO Houston, Texas for signature, She comes in on weekends to support our War in Afghanistan. As the Senior SMA within the Compliance Standardization Group, she continues to develop, & improve processes for new employees within Supplier Management, & Foreign Nationals, & other Teams. Her reports are always accurate & ahead of schedule. Ms. Beverly Moody has been solely responsible for the Quarterly Defense Base Act reporting for Risk Management from Nov 2010 –Aug 2016. Designated by LOGCAP Contracts since Nov 2010 for the mandatory Quarterly CDRL A0024 & A0025 reporting of CTIPs/JCC I/A to DCMA/Rock Island/ACO Afghanistan & supports Risk Management, DCMA, Project Control, Small Business, Sourcing, DIDC, in any questions they have in the middle of the night. Any other reporting that Supplier Management has been tasked to complete, Beverly willingly mentors & establishes a repore with those who may not grasp the concept.. from VPs, Directors, Managers in other COE’s of LOGCAP and Foreign Nationals.. As the Senior Lead SMA & #1 on the Supplier Mgt. Team, & into her 6th year here at LOGCAP, Beverly is Team Leader/ Trainer taking any task & trains, motivates & treats everyone, from CEO, Directors & co-workers, Suppliers/Vendors, to people outside SM who need guidance & without hesitation shows professionalism, utmost respect & guides them to accomplish & excel in their goals without being asked. She is strict in setting her goals & exceeds in accomplishing them as situations can change in a second & she can adapt to every situation that comes her way. Ms. Moody has completed 93 Government Certification Training Courses. Her willingness to help out in any situation, day or night, her attention to detail, and her Time Management skills are above the rest. LOGCAP does business with many different Nationalities; Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Dubai UAE, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait & Haiti and Ms. Moody is very respectful of their Cultures. She is a go-getter and possesses a high level of initiative, self-motivation and organization, which are essential role requirements when working in a WAR Zone with Foreign Suppliers. She has saved many lives and did 302 U.S. Military "Human Body" recoveries while in the WAR ZONE and 11 Foreign Soldiers back to their countries and Ms. Moody is very well respected.

Ms. Moody got the #1 Commandant Afghanistan Operation Enduring Freedom War Ribbon "PINNED" on before leaving Kandahar, Afghanistan on her 9th trip back to the United States and she may wear it PROUDLY on her U.S NAVY uniform as she is a United States Navy VETERAN, only spending several years in the US Military from the Vietnam Era !
