ACHIEVEMENTS

I am the author of "The Way of The Conscientious Connector", a 298-page book I wrote after the devastating results of the Great Recession in 2008-9, and after I interviewed dozens of professionals, professors, students, retirees and anyone else I could. The interest I had was in realizing that while I was good at bringing in more business for us, I had also missed the fact that I wasn't as good at Customer Service as I thought. After rebuilding our business, I created a place where I can teach this to others, just launched, called StandOut Mastery. I am a coach, a teacher and an encourager. I have spoken on my subjects to students at many colleges and universities, which includes Gonzaga, Chapman, Syracuse, Cal State, University of Northern Colorado and others. I also coach public speaking. I have created a custom Chat bot that is specifically designed and designated to my book and coaching, as a companion piece that students can use 24/7 to get my coaching and suggestions, just launched and still in beta.
