i worked with local county police and nationwide training German Shepards and Weimeraners to search for lost or hurt civilians during inclimate weather and in natural disaster crisis and also missing kidnapping scenarios and many more. Also provided civilians with dog obediance training for their furr...buddies teaching the correct methods to use when training puppies and dogs basic commands..,learned many interesting facts about many varieties of dogs and the different learning training methods according to breed and individule dog and master s traits and abilities and needs.,This allowed me to help find temporary permanent homes for shelter dogs and assist in training pups to enter into police k9 patrol and in some instances we trained pups to be service animals to blind deaf and handicap individuals or special needs. i gained so much by this experience it gave me a sense of purpose and appreciation for the difficulties some have that many of us take for granted in our daily lives. Aside from the fact that ive always had a soft spot for dogs anyway it felt good knowing the time and effort i put into my duties @ this employer could have a drastic influence upon someones life. DUTIES AS DIETARY COOK include all the above duties and also follow daily meal plan according to nutritionists scheduled meal plan and ensure each meal has the proper food substitutions for each specific diet., wash pots and pans used while cooking meal, oversee kitchen staff and assist when needed to ensure everything is completed timely and sufficiently and as a team. Before leaving my shift engage my co workers about the days duties and inquire if they have any issues or complaints and discuss any ideas or suggestions to dissolve them and try to compliment or acknowledge everyone anyone whom has fulfilled their obligations or exceeded them in some way showing appreciation for EVERYONE as a team member.
