Responsible for maintaining the financial records of the Township to include maintenance of accounts, payroll preparation and processing.
Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and reports relating to the status of accounts for Township personnel and the Township Board.
Prepare and submit federal, state and city reports of payroll withholdings.
Assist local, state and federal auditors by preparing and providing summary of wages and deduction reports as requested.
Perform routine bookkeeping activities such as posting payments to appropriate accounts in the General Ledger.
Balance petty cash fund and remit cash, checks and receipts to the Deputy Treasurer.
