I started off as an associate, so my responsibilities then were to take sales with good costumer service while maintaining a clean sales floor. On days were it was slow paced, completing stockroom work would be the focus. Which includes checking, opening, and putting away shipment. As a supervisor my responsibilities now are to make sure to complete tasks while my manager is off or on the clock. If they’re off that means tasking myself and fellow associates. If they’re in that means completing stuff together. This means making sure management tasks like return logs, entering singles, damaging out shoes etc are completed first while, still making sure associates are completing stockroom and checking if the sales floor is in good shape.

Additional Information
I’ve volunteered for activities like carnivals and worked at different activity stations. The recent volunteer work was for an organization called North of the River where they hosted a festival filled with activities and stations. I was in charged of the inflatable section. I watched over kids, interacted with them and made sure they were safe. I have also volunteered at CALM during the Autumn Lights, I was stationed at the main gate greeting guest, scanning tickets, and helping them purchase tickets too.
