·Daily safety meetings regarding Caltrans safety standards

·Familiar with Chapter 7 & 8 Caltrans Safety Protocols

·Works as spotter – ensuring safety of the crew and looking after traffic for potential hazards

·Proper wear, care, and maintenance of PPE equipment

·Working knowledge of communication systems such as 2-way radios

·Maintains situational awareness while still completing tasks assigned

PREP COOK/RESTUARANT

·Worked with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

·Prep ingredients needed to create main dishes

·Rotate and restock staple ingredients needed throughout the day
