* Program Manager with Ascension Technologies at Apex Systems, created and implemented an IT strategy, roadmap, and vision that addressed the healthcare divisions needs across their numerous HIEs, EMRs, portfolios, programs, and projects including Oracle Cerner, Epic, Clarity PPM, Salesforce, Workday, and ServiceNow with a budget of $10m. 2023-2024

Director IT Service Delivery Mgr ACS Consulting 01/2005- 01/2009

Recruited as a Director of IT and Service Delivery Manager as the strategic information technology leader responsible for managing and expanding Affiliated Computer Associates' (ACS) largest North American healthcare client, the University of Massachusetts Medical Center (UMASS) and UMASS Medical School.

Increased UMASS satisfaction resulted in their signing a $110,000,000 five-year contract.

Managed the partnership with the implementation of CA’s Clarity Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) suite as SaaS for all ACS Healthcare clients including UMASS.

Redesigned six direct reporting teams, including Networks, Systems Administration, Data Center, Telecommunications, Desktop Support, and Support Center, resulting in streamlined operations.

Replaced outdated support processes, upgraded all telephone systems to VoIP, and surpassed SLA compliance with UMASS, leading to $5,000,000 in savings in the first year.
