June 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024 - Full Time 40 Hours While working at Total Med I was a remote customer service specialist. My duties included answering phone calls, transferring calls accordingly, and verifying customer eligibility information, through an automated system. I continuously entered customer data into and automated system and resolved discrepancies that came to the surface. Helping customers navigate and complete the application process was a major party of my daily routine. September 1, 2020 – September 30, 2021 - Full Time 40 hours During my employment at Valley Wide Health Systems, I processed confidential patient data, into our automated system, resolved any discrepancies. I also scanned documents into the automated systems which then went into the patient’s charts. One of my strengths was being a team player.
