Priller Unit Operator - Complete logs/documentation as it relates to monitoring/operating process equipment. Continuous Monitoring pressure gauges. check water PH readings. Monitor Caustic levels. Ensure Prill size is reached. Open and close valves as needed. Hydraulically relocate conveyers as needed. Unclog Prill chutes if needed. Trouble shoot problems on pumps, shakers and water flow. Perform routine maintenance on all equipment.

Ship Loading Operator - Continuous communication with First Ship Mate by Radio. Assist in securing the ship. Using impact gun and various hand tools. Bolting up loader arm flange for loading liquid Sulphur. Continuous monitoring of pressure gauges and any known leaks. Unitizing air to blow back Sulphur to disconnect. Complete logs/documentation as it relates to monitoring/operating process equipment. Clean up all Sulphur leakage.

Railcar Operator - Continuous communication with Railcar Engineer by Radio. Walk with railcar operator to assist in spotting railcars. Securing railcar by applying breaks, chains and derailleurs. Utilizing fresh air while unbolting lids of rail cars (Venting). Crawling under railcars to connect and turning on steam/condensate hoses for liquefying solid Sulphur. Operating valve to unload railcar into Sulphur trench. Disconnecting all hoses to release car. Complete logs/documentation as it relates to monitoring/operating process equipment. Clean up all Sulphur leakage.

Water Treatment Plant Operator – Take morning water samples. Open and close valves for incoming additive as needed (Caustic). Complete State regulations logs/documentation as it relates to monitoring/operating process of Water Treatment Plant. Perform routine maintenance on all equipment.

Boiler Room Operator – Continuous gauge monitoring. Every 3hrs. take Boiler Water Samples. Open and close valves for incoming additive as needed. Complete State regulations logs/documentation as it relates to monitoring/operating process of Boilers. Monitor the Water and Natural Gas flow to each boiler. Adjust flow as needed. Add salt pellets to filters to remove hardness to boiler water. Perform routine maintenance on all equipment.
