Collections Department – Compiled credit card reports, maintained and processed NSF accounts and was then promoted to corporate collections. My duties were to ensure that accounts didn’t go past net 90 days for cellular and paging accounts. Received several awards for collecting the most revenue on accounts. Also made decisions when necessary to save accounts and reduce charge-offs.

DSL Manager – I was promoted to work in the field as a DSL manager, installed and repaired digital subscriber lines.

Construction Department – Installed new telephone and fiber lines. Also repaired damaged equipment.
