Manage $25M annual budget supporting three lines of business, over 70 technology investments and 10,000 end users to enable the mission of the Forest Service.

Responsible for $80M data center operational activities (classified and non-classified), including application onboarding, systems upgrades, new technology, networking and infrastructure, continuity of operations and disaster recovery

Managed team of 50, consisting of contractors, enlisted airmen, and civil servants, to migrate applications and consolidate four geographically dispersed data centers.

Oversaw risk management framework implementation for classified and non-classified data-centers, ensuring cybersecurity compliance across platforms and formal authorization to operate (ATO).

Championed proof of concept containerized data center, running servers in dielectric fluid, resulting in 18 percent reduction in power usage and 95 percent increase in compute power.
