As a Server, I waited on approximately 5-10 tables and parties of up to 26 guests per shift. My shift times included opening duties for the restaurant. Day-to-day responsibilities included:
●Reviewing assigned stations to ensure a clean and well-stocked tables in anticipation of guests arrival. Greeting guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
●Utilizing promo cards and table tents to upsell new items, make recommendations on food and wine pairings and specials as appropriate.
●Inputting orders into the POS system as quickly as possible and running food to tables while hot.
●Pre-bus, bus and clean tables and surrounding areas for new guest seating.
●Anticipate guests needs prior to food delivery including all drink refills and condiments.
●Complete side work prior to shift start, during down time and ongoing as needed, including polishing and rolling silverware, cleaning and sanitizing beverage containers, coffee and crafted coffee machines and bar ware.

As a Sr. Server, I waited on approximately 6-10 tables and parties of up to 34 guests per shift. My shift times include both opening and closing duties for the restaurant. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
●Greeting guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
●Utilizing promo cards and table tents to upsell new items, make recommendations on food and drink pairings and specials as appropriate.
●Inputting orders into the POS system as quickly as possible and running food to tables while hot.
