Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure subcontractors and labor have all resources and information to perform their tasks effectively, efficiently and on schedule.
Work with the project team to maintain positive relationships with owners, visitors, subcontractors, inspectors and suppliers.
Maintain and manage logistics of the construction site.
Provide constant feedback to the Project Manager and management staff on processes and procedures.
Maintain a constant on-site presence when work is in progress.
Perform any or all other duties assigned by management not listed above.
