***.********@*****.***, Linkedin.com/in/benpilewski Hello,

As the Sr Advisor and Delivery Leader, I led the transformation of the Veterans Affairs Telehealth applications from supporting 2800 patients a month to 28,000 a week improving the transactional visits from 10,000 per month to approximately 120,000. I developed the Modernization budget for the VA, providing the technical roadmap for their 300+ aps, a modernized Network roadmap and the Strategic Plan for the $3B budget.

I have led teams delivering; SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Security aaS, large scale modernization and migrations from on-prem to hybrid, multi-national clouds integration across various industry solutions. I delivered the Vaccine support software for New York City and12 other states leveraging smart mobility and developed the solution to deliver the Common Access Card (CAC), for the DoD. Delivering data centers for Federal, State and Civilian clients I have leveraged my experience in service managed frameworks to provide solutions where there was roadblocks and hurdles. I guided Oracle to secure their FedRamp certification and their first IATO on the largest civilian database Oracle provides. This solution transformed Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) into Defense Civilian Human Resources. Management System (DCHRMS). DCHRMS migrated a Z-legacy mainframe and 100s of servers from the data centers hosting for DMDC and DCPAS into a cloud solution hosted by Oracle. As This solution multiple agencies the challenge to overcome was multiple priorities with different strategic goals. It is a keen reminder that we can only influence Government, not direct the outcome. As a CIO and CTO have built governance and strategic teams to lead companies and Government agencies. With each budget saving time and whole percentage points from the previous budgets without cutting resources to the stakeholders. I have created Department and Agency level Budgets that have been submitted to POM.

I have worked with startups to global leaders advocating for my team while collaborating across the enterprise. Developed and recovered P&L at each level of government. While at MTX I helped grow a PE funded company from 100+ to 1000+ engineers improving their operations, product offerings, security and financial management to $100M in managed service revenue. As an executive I have used my servant leadership to introduce emerging technologies, AI ML into business solutions to transform industries and Government to provide better services. Please let me know how I can serve you.

Thank you,

Ben Pilewski
